I had a fantastic experience at this tire shop last week! I was in a bit of a bind after discovering a nail in one of my tires. I called ahead, and they told me to come right in. When I arrived, I was amazed at how quickly they got to work. They were efficient and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable while I waited. The technician took the time to explain what he was going to do and even showed me the nail that had caused the puncture. The pricing was fair, and I felt like I was being treated fairly throughout the entire process. The only feedback I’d give is that it would be helpful to have a more detailed menu of services available in the waiting area, just for customers who might want to consider future work. Nevertheless, I left with a repaired tire and peace of mind, and I’m grateful for their excellent customer care. I can’t recommend them enough!

The installation took a bit longer than expected—about 90 minutes—but they kept me updated throughout the process. I liked the fact that they were thorough, ensuring my alignment was perfect before I left. One small thing: I wish they had Wi-Fi available while I waited, as I had some emails to catch up on. I recently stopped by for a tire rotation and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience! The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the whole process smooth.
